CASA-IG

CASA-IG (Central and Southern European Allergen Immunotherapy Guidelines) is an international initiative of CSEA³ that unites experts, patients, and policymakers to harmonize allergen immunotherapy practices across Central and Southern Europe, aligning them with global standards to improve care and outcomes.

The Central and Southern European Allergy and Asthma Alliance (CSEA³) is developing guidelines that aim to harmonize clinical practice for allergen immunotherapy at an international level and contribute to global best practices.
They are grounded in the latest worldwide scientific evidence and adapted to the specific healthcare contexts of Central and Southern Europe.The process brings together leading allergy and asthma specialists, patient representatives, and healthcare policymakers from across Europe and beyond.CASA-IG will provide clear, practical recommendations for diagnosis, treatment, and long-term management of allergic diseases and asthma.

By aligning international and global standards, the initiative seeks to improve patient outcomes and expand access to effective therapies worldwide.
