Following the great success of the 1^st CSEA³ Annual Congress in Warsaw in May 2026, it is our great pleasure to invite you to the 2^nd CSEA³ Annual Congress – Allergy Academy 2027, taking place in Wrocław, Poland, from 23–25 September 2027. Building on the success of our first meeting, we look forward to welcoming experts, clinicians and researchers from Central and Southern Europe and beyond for another inspiring event dedicated to advancing allergy and asthma care.

The Congress will provide a dynamic platform for scientific exchange, collaboration and networking, bringing together regional expertise and global perspectives. The programme will cover the latest advances in severe asthma and biologics, allergen immunotherapy, precision allergy diagnostics, molecular allergology, drug and food allergy, paediatric allergy, anaphylaxis, and integrated, patient-centred disease management. Plenary lectures, interactive sessions, clinical case discussions and opportunities to present original research will connect cutting-edge science with practical clinical needs.

A key highlight will be the CSEA³ Debate Arenas and Expert Working Groups, bringing together regional and international leaders to address unresolved clinical questions, exchange perspectives and contribute to the development of practical recommendations and guidelines. These activities will foster collaboration extending beyond the Congress, strengthening our shared commitment to improving standards of care across the region.

A distinctive feature of the 2027 meeting will be the practical day at the Allergy Clinic in Wrocław, offering participants opportunities to observe modern allergy practice and explore contemporary in vivo and in vitro diagnostics, and innovative approaches to personalised patient management.

Wrocław, a historic city on the River Odra and a crossroads of European trade routes and cultures, provides an ideal setting for this international gathering. Reflecting the connections between Western, Eastern, Northern and Southern Europe, the city embodies the spirit of cooperation at the heart of Europe.
