Each participant receives a name badge upon check-in at the registration desk.
Posters should be prepared in a size of 80 × 120 cm (portrait orientation). Please bring your printed poster with you to the Congress and present it at the registration desk upon arrival, where you will receive further instructions regarding poster placement.
The official language of the meeting is English.
The official currency of Poland is the Polish Zloty (PLN, zł).
By participating in the CSEA3 Annual Meeting 2026, the delegate understands that recordings of digital content and the capture of images and videos to be publicly shared are prohibited.
Participants are encouraged to purchase insurance to cover losses incurred in the event of cancellation.
