Terms and Conditions for Payment of the Registration Fee for the Educational Event
“CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026” effective as of September 1, 2025

Definitions
  1. Registration Website – means the website and its subpages operating in the domain https://csea3.eu/annual-congress-2026/, through which the Seller sells Registration Fees for the educational event “CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026” taking place on May 7–9, 2026, in Warsaw, Poland. Through the Website, the Client may in particular review the offer, available participation options, and submit Orders.
  2. Registration Fee Payment – means the payment made by the Client, which constitutes the condition for obtaining the right of admission to the educational event “CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026,” taking place on May 7–9, 2026 in Warsaw, Poland, in accordance with the program and details described on the official event website.
  3. Seller: FUNDACJA ALERGOCARE – ROZWÓJ I WSPARCIE, with its registered office at Al. gen. Józefa Hallera 95, 53-201 Wrocław, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000304933, NIP: 8992642176, REGON: 020758690, e-mail: alergocare@alergocare.org.
  4. Client – a natural person (of legal age), a legal person, or an organizational unit without legal personality to which the law grants legal capacity, who uses the Website.
  5. Consumer – a Client being a natural person referred to in Article 22¹ of the Polish Civil Code (a natural person who performs with an entrepreneur a legal act not directly related to their business or professional activity).
General Provisions
  1. The Registration Website is operated and administered (including with respect to personal data) by the Seller.
  2. The online service and the possibility to pay the Registration Fee are intended exclusively for persons of legal age.
  3. The purpose of the Website is to enable Clients to review the offer of Registration Fees for the educational event “CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026,” including their prices, availability, and the date of the event, and to conclude distance contracts for payment of the Registration Fee via the Internet.
  4. These Terms and Conditions define the manner and rules of concluding contracts as well as the rules of use of the Website by Clients. In terms of electronic services, these Terms and Conditions constitute regulations within the meaning of Article 8 of the Polish Act of July 18, 2002 on Providing Services by Electronic Means (in accordance with Polish law).
  5. The Website is exclusively for the retail sale of Registration Fees.
  6. The information contained in these Terms and Conditions forms an integral part of the Agreement concluded between the Client and the Seller.
  7. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude the rights of Clients, in particular Consumers, granted under generally applicable Polish law. Where a given provision of the Terms and Conditions is reserved exclusively for Consumers, in the absence of other provisions, general provisions of civil law shall apply to other Clients.
  8. To use the Website, the following minimum technical requirements must be met:
    • a computer, laptop, or other multimedia device connected to the Internet
    • the latest version of web browsers (including mobile): Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari with JavaScript enabled
    • an active, correctly configured e-mail account
    • the ability to read files in Portable Document Format (PDF)
    • browser capability to store Cookies enabled.
Registration and Payment Rules
  1. Registrations may only be made through the Seller’s website.
  2. Payments of the Registration Fee are processed via the Przelewy24 system, which allows for BLIK payments, online bank transfers, and payments by VISA and Mastercard cards.
  3. Payments may be made in PLN or EUR.
  4. The Seller issues electronic invoices.
Right of Withdrawal / Refund Policy
  1. In accordance with Polish law (Article 38(12) of the Consumer Rights Act), the right of withdrawal from a distance contract does not apply to contracts for the provision of services related to leisure activities, entertainment, sporting or cultural events, if the contract specifies the date or period of the service.
  2. Therefore, paid Registration Fees for the “CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026” are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, unless the event is canceled or significantly altered by the Organizer.
  3. In the event of cancellation of the event by the Organizer, the Client shall be entitled to a full refund of the Registration Fee.
Complaints
  1. The Client has the right to file a complaint related to the functioning of the Website or the process of paying the Registration Fee.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the following address: alergocare@alergocare.org.
  3. A complaint should include: the Client’s name and surname, e-mail address, date of payment, and a description of the reported issue.
  4. The Seller shall consider the complaint within 10 days of receipt and inform the Client of the outcome by electronic means.
  5. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller shall take appropriate steps to resolve it, including, among others, resending the payment confirmation or refunding the Registration Fee.
(PL) Regulamin sprzedaży Opłaty Rejestracyjnej na wydarzenie edukacyjne „CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026”, obowiązujący od dnia 01.09.2025 r.

Definicje wyrażeń użytych w Regulaminie:

  1. Strona internetowa sprzedaży Opłaty Rejestracyjnej – oznacza stronę internetową i jej podstrony działającą w domenie https://www.csea3.eu/annual.-meeting, pod którymi Sprzedawca sprzedaje Wejściówki na wydarzenie edukacyjne „CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026” odbywające się 7-9 maja 2026 w Warszawie, Polska. Za jej pośrednictwem Klient może w szczególności zapoznać się z ofertą sprzedaży Wejściówek, a także składać Zamówienia.
  2. Opłata rejestracyjna – oznacza dokonanie płatności, która stanowi warunek uzyskania prawa wstępu na wydarzenie edukacyjne „CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026”, odbywające się w dniach 7–9 maja 2026 r. w Warszawie, zgodnie z programem i szczegółami opisanymi na stronie internetowej wydarzenia.
  3. Sprzedawca: FUNDACJA ALERGOCARE – ROZWÓJ I WSPARCIE z siedzibą we Wrocław przy ul. Al. gen. Józefa Hallera 95, 53-201 Wrocław, wpisana do rejestru Krajowego Rejestru Sądowego pod numerem KRS: 0000304933, NIP: 8992642176, REGON: 020758690, mail: alergocare@alergocare.org
  4. Klient – osoba fizyczna (pełnoletnia), osoba prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna niebędąca osobą prawną, której szczególne przepisy przyznają zdolność prawną, która korzysta z Sklepu.
  5. Konsument – Klient będący osobą fizyczną, o której mowa w art. 22¹ Kodeksu cywilnego (osoba fizyczna dokonująca z przedsiębiorcą czynności prawnej niezwiązanej bezpośrednio z jej działalnością gospodarczą lub zawodową).

Postanowienia ogólne:

  1. Strona internetowa sprzedaży Opłaty Rejestracyjnej prowadzona i administrowana (także w zakresie danych osobowych) jest przez Sprzedawcę.
  2. Serwis internetowy oraz sprzedaż Opłaty Rejestracyjnej skierowane są wyłącznie do osób pełnoletnich.
  3. Celem prowadzenia strony internetowej jest umożliwienie Klientom zapoznania się z ofertą Opłaty Rejestracyjnej na wydarzenie edukacyjne „CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026”, w tym z ich cenami, dostępnością miejsc i terminem jego przeprowadzania oraz zawieranie na odległość umów sprzedaży Wejściówek za pośrednictwem sieci Internet.
  4. Niniejszy Regulamin określa sposób i zasady zawarcia Umowy, a także zasady korzystania przez Klientów ze strony internetowej sprzedaży Opłaty Rejestracyjnej. W zakresie świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną, niniejszy Regulamin jest regulaminem w rozumieniu art. 8 Ustawy z dnia 18 lipca 2002 roku o świadczeniu usług drogą elektroniczną.
  5. Sklep prowadzi wyłącznie obrót detaliczny Wejściówek.
  6. Informacje zawarte w niniejszym Regulaminie stanowią integralną część Umowy zawieranej między Klientem a Sprzedawcą.
  7. Postanowienia niniejszego Regulaminu nie wyłączają praw Klientów, w szczególności praw Konsumentów, przyznanych na podstawie przepisów powszechnie obowiązujących. W sytuacji, gdy określone postanowienie Regulaminu zostanie zastrzeżone wyłącznie na rzecz Konsumentów, w braku odmiennych postanowień Regulaminu, dla Klientów innych niż Konsumenci znajdzie zastosowanie ogólne przepisy prawa cywilnego.
  8. Do korzystania z Sklepu Internetowego, niezbędne jest spełnienie minimalnych wymagań technicznych, tj.:
    1. komputer, laptop lub inne urządzenie multimedialne połączone z siecią internet
    2. najnowsza wersja przeglądarek (w tym mobilnie): Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, Safari z włączoną obsługą języka JavaScript
    3. posiadanie aktualnego, czynnego i prawidłowo skonfigurowanego konta poczty elektronicznej (e-mail)
    4. możliwość odczytu plików w formacie Portable Document Format (pdf)
    5. włączenie w przeglądarce internetowej możliwości zapisu plików Cookies.

Zasady zakupu i płatności

  1. Zamówienia dokonywane są wyłącznie poprzez stronę internetową Sprzedawcy.
  2. Płatności realizowane są za pośrednictwem systemu Przelewy24, który umożliwia: płatności BLIK, szybkie przelewy bankowe oraz płatności kartami płatniczymi VISA i Mastercard.
  3. Płatności mogą być dokonywane w walutach: PLN lub EUR.
  4. Sprzedawca wystawia faktury elektroniczne.

Prawo odstąpienia od umowy / polityka zwrotów

  1. Zgodnie z art. 38 pkt 12 ustawy o prawach konsumenta, prawo odstąpienia od umowy zawartej na odległość nie przysługuje w przypadku umowy dotyczącej usług związanych z wydarzeniami kulturalnymi lub rozrywkowymi, jeżeli w umowie oznaczono dzień lub okres świadczenia usługi.
  2. Z uwagi na powyższe, zakupienie Opłaty Rejestracyjnej na „CSEA3 Annual Congress 2026” nie podlegają zwrotowi ani wymianie, chyba że wydarzenie zostanie odwołane lub znacząco zmienione przez Organizatora.
  3. W przypadku odwołania wydarzenia przez Organizatora, Klientowi przysługuje zwrot pełnej ceny biletu.

Reklamacje

  1. Klient ma prawo do złożenia reklamacji związanej z funkcjonowaniem strony internetowej lub procesem zakupu Opłaty Rejestracyjnej.
  2. Reklamacje należy składać drogą elektroniczną na adres: alergocare@alergocare.org
  3. Reklamacja powinna zawierać: imię i nazwisko Klienta, adres e-mail, datę zakupu oraz opis zgłaszanego problemu.
  4. Sprzedawca rozpatrzy reklamację w terminie 10 dni od jej otrzymania i poinformuje Klienta o wyniku postępowania drogą elektroniczną.
  5. W przypadku uznania reklamacji Sprzedawca podejmie odpowiednie działania w celu jej realizacji, w tym m.in. ponownego przesłania potwierdzenia zakupu lub zwrotu należności.
