Welcome to SEASON, this international initiative brings together experts and HCPs across Central and Southern Europe, improving practices, and supporting better care for allergic patients in the region.

SEASON (Central & Southern European Survey On Allergen immunotherapy) is a scientific collaboration designed to map the current landscape of AIT in Central and Southern European countries. The project gathers and compares clinical practices, patient experiences, and institutional perspectives, with the goal of identifying gaps, harmonizing approaches, and fostering innovation in allergy care.
Through SEASON, researchers and clinicians aim to:
- monitor how allergen immunotherapy is delivered across different healthcare systems,
- assess access, availability, and barriers to AIT,
- evaluate regional differences in patient management and outcomes,
- support the development of evidence-based recommendations tailored to local needs,
- promote knowledge exchange and collaboration between experts and medical centers.
SEASON is carried out with the support of CSEA³ (Central and Southern European Allergy and Asthma Alliance) and represents a key step toward building a stronger collaborative network to optimize the use of allergen immunotherapy and advance the quality of allergy care in the region.
